Inverted Microscopes

Inverted Microscope is an optical microscope with its light source and condenser lens located above the sample stage, while the objective lens is located below the sample stage. This configuration is opposite to traditional (vertical) microscopes. Inverted design makes it easier to handle liquid samples and thicker specimens, as gravity keeps the specimens in place without cover slips.
